My name is Scott and I am a Ph.D. graduate student in Biostatistics. One of the nice aspects about a biostatistician is the ability to communicate and bring complicated issues (mathematical/statistical) down to a real, understandable level. As an undergraduate math major I tutored in the math lab as well as privately. This provided me the experience of tutoring younger individuals (high school) as well as college students and even adults. I feel most comfortable tutoring calculus I and below (college algebra, pre-algebra, alebra I II trig, etc.) and almost anything statistics related. I feel my strengths are communication and the ability to break things down. I do not have a "teaching style" as each student requires a different approach. If you have any question or need any help please feel free to contact me.
