If you have the desire to be the best then this is the goal you set. My desire is to mentor individuals who are interested in learning outside the box. Education provides you with the knowledge; knowledge provides you with power; power provides you with advancement; but advancement along can not keep you at a level of competency unless you have a character of excellency. I graduated from high school with an advanced academic diploma. Attended one of the local community college and received an A.S. degree in business administration. I began working at one of the largest insurance companies in this area as a Secretary. Composing letters, typing, filing, and data entry input were some of my duties. I knew this was not all I wanted to do, therefore I went back to school and received my B.S. in Management because I had a desire to "lead". I accepted supervisor positions and from there, managers and directors positions. I embraced the opportunity to train individuals in diversity, business mathematics, effective communication, computer skills, social and economic skills, characteristics, and professionism. I think it's great to be able to have a great education and to be qualified to be accepted for a position but it's a differnt world once you get on the job. Hand-on-experiece is a great asset to have as well. You may ask, where do I get this experience if I have never been in a position to do so. Well this is where I come in. I am here to foster you and provide effective and efficient tutoring skills. So I welcome you.
Thanks in advance
