I am currently a student at Anderson University in Anderson South Carolina. I am pursuing a major in Spanish Language and recently changed my Music Performance major to a minor in music. I have been speaking/studying Spanish for 15 years and playing the violin since I was 4 years old. I have been trained with the Suzuki violin program through book 7 and have been studying traditionally (non-Suzuki) for the past several years. I have taught several of my own students, new beginners and more advanced alike. I also have served as a substitute private lessons teacher for teachers who are unavailable to teach during the summer. I am looking for Violin students and anyone who wants to learn spanish.

  I have been playing the violin for 16 years. I started when I was four and a half years old with a Suzuki instructor and continued studying the Suzuki method through book 7. I then began studying traditional violin. I participated in school orchestras from 3rd grade through the end of high school. I also was a member of Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra in Lexington, Ky for 7 years under the instruction on William Prinzing Brigs. I am currently a member of the Anderson Symphony Orchestra and various instrumental groups through Anderson University. I have had the privilage of performing as a soloist with the GAMAC Orchestra, Anderson Symphony Orchestra and the Anderson University String Ensemble. I have a couple students and am looking to add students to my studio. I will gladly accept beginners, adult or child, and students who have already started playing. I will teach lessons on the Anderson University campus at the rate of $15 for a 30 minute lesson and $20 for a 45 minute lesson.
