Data analysis Using SPC and Pareto Charts and Descriptive Statistical Methods;
Language skills including fluency in Spanish;
Strong computer skill including MS Offices products (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and Power Point), Non-MS products (AutoCAD) and development of complex applications structures and database in MS Access using VBA and through knowledge at hardware level;
Familiarity with Assembly for PC, C++ and Java languages;
Upgrading Digital Driver Licensing System of DMV for Y2K compliant in North Carolina;
Installation Digital Driver Licensing System for DMV throughout the state of North Carolina.
