Hi, I am Nellie, a graduate student seeking interested students in the science, math, and spanish fields. I graduated from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon this summer, and am beginning a new adventure as a graduate student at Colorardo State.

In addition to being a Graduate Teaching Assistant at CSU, I tutored undergraduates at Linfield in subjects ranging from biology, chemistry, anatomy, physiology, and other human performance subjects. With a B.S in Exercise Science and a chemistry minor, I have spent many classroom hours in the basic sciences, and feel confident tutoring a wide variety of courses. My efforts were rewarded in 2007 when Linfield awarded me the Outstanding Tutor Award, due to the large influence I made with my students, and the nearly perfect passing rate of my clients. I additionally have spent time studying abroad in Spanish-speaking countries, including Spain, Honduras, and Mexico, and would love to work with both English speakers aiming to master the language, as well as with Spanish-speaking clients.

I am an extremely extroverted, active tutor, and am interested in working with all age levels. I look forward to hearing from you, and hope you'll keep me in mind for your tutoring needs.

  I have played soccer for nearly as long as I can remember. I love everything about the sport, from watching it, to reffing, coaching, and of course playing. After playing 4 years of high school varsity soccer as well as competitive club soccer, I moved on to playing intercollegiately, where I started and played an integral role on the team for 3 years, redshiting one season due to an ACL surgery. Additionally, I have coached many youth teams, ranging in age from 3 to 12, and including both genders and skill levels. I have refereed recreational soccer as well as copmetitive soccer, as a certified referee in the state of Washington. I think soccer is a fantastic sport, loved internationally, and with increasing support in the United States, and look forward to working with those students who share my passion for the game.

  Excellent tutor

  I know she is very busy and told me that there some days that she couldn't tutor my daughter. I understood since she is a graduate student and has classes to teach herself. When I call her and told her that my daughter has a test the next 2 days she found the time and went the extra mile to help her. I really really thank her for that. She is very good person and tutor. She is always very interested to help my daughter.
