'To teach is to help one find it within oneself'
Aside from subject knowledge I believe one needs 3 things to be an effective teacher:
1. The belief your student will learn;
2. Patience to teach; and
3. Creativity*
I can relate to my students. I know what is like to have difficulty learning. When I was in 7th Grade my math teacher said if she doubled all my scores I’d still not pass her class. From that point forward I made a promise to myself to learn and completely assimilate any subject I thought was difficult.*
I have a 100% success rate
Since I was in School, years ago, I have been helping my friends with a variety of subjects. They have all excelled or at least passed the class. Today all my students achieve a level of success they never thought possible.* It is my responsibility to teachIf one of my students is not successful, then I am not doing something right. I use my creativity to find different ways to teach and to make it fun at the same time. I believe everyone can learn if they want to.
