I was a Mathematics/Statistics Major at Penn State University with an Economics Minor. Math has always come easy to me and I find it extremely rewarding to be able to help others understand and appreciate the application of numbers in real life problems. I was a peer tutor in college, working with fellow students as well as disabled students in various levels of math courses. I believe that everyone learns in a different way and math can be made easy if it is taught to the individual on their terms. I like to be laid back in my tutoring sessions so that neither I nor the person I am tutoring has to dread going to a sitting.
