In high school, I graduated with a 3.9 GPA. I was invovled in honors and AP courses, including English and Mathematics. In 2007, I was the Player of the Year in Burley High School varsity softball. I have played softball for about 13 years and my main positions were pitcher and second base. I have been playing the flute for seven years now but have had no private lessons. Mathematics was my favorite subject in high school. I have graduated from the College of Southern Idaho with an associates degree and I am now attending Boise State University. I have never formally been a tutor, but I was always helping my classmates with their homework by holding study sessions for upcoming tests. I passed the AP calculus exam with a 4. I love helping other learn and grow in their skills. When teaching someone a new skill, I usually walk them through the process step by step, helping them along. Then gradually giving less and less assistance and letting them achieve their goal on their own.
