I have trained clients from the basic Introduction to Computers and Introduction to Microsoft Windows to preparing them to pass various certification examinations ranging from Microsoft Office Specialist, Network+ and A+ Certified Technicians all the way to Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Technicians. My professional qualifications include being a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor, in addition to being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). I also am a Network+ and A+ Certified Technician.
