I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the College of Saint Rose in May 2007 and my Master's Degree in Literacy Birth - Sixth Grade in August 2008. As the Director of a Child Care Center in the Albany area I have experience working with children of all ages up through sixth grade as well as with students with special needs. I have experience tutoring students in reading/writing and experience teaching all elementary subjects. I believe that teaching methods should be research based as well as individualized to every student. I also believe that students learn best through hands-on experiences which are motivational and of interest to the student.
