I love helping kids learn to love learning! I have been in the education field for about 25 years. I have taught preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten. I have also worked with kids who have behavior issues that interfere with their learning ability. I believe that children don't all learn the same way, most need a combination of learning opportunities that involve visual, auditory, and hands on. In today's classrooms this doesn't usually happen, so kids are often labeled as "problem, slow, etc.". I feel that these types of kids simply need a different kind of learning environment. I tend to approach learning by "thinking outside the box". I use different styles of teaching that will allow your child to be successful, both academically and in life!
