I have taught writing composition at the university level, and worked one on one with my students to help them work past struggles and find success with writing.
I possess and MFA in Writing from Spalding University and a BFA in Creative Writing from the University of Evansville. In addition to my major, I received a minor in the Studio Arts, including studies in photography, painting (oil, acrylic and watercolor), sculpture, ceramics, and design.
Over half of my undergraduate major requirements were classes in literature studies from American and British literature to African lit and 17th century poetry.
In addition to my educational experience, I have worked in broadcasting for four years, and in office environments using Microsoft Office for over a decade. I am proficient in all Office programs.
I have a passion for education and find nothing more rewarding than helping another person understand what they are reaching to grasp.
Patience, perseverance and precision are the keys to success!
