Most people don't like learning because they're bored. Most teachers have forgotten what it is like to learn. I haven't forgotten. In fact, we can have fun and learn at the same time. I have been a tutor and mentor to thousands of students of various ages for over 10 years. As an assistant professor, adviser, and mentor to undergraduate and graduate students in various environments I have learned to use language precisely and effectively, to articulate myself to a range of audiences, and the value of integrity and persistence in working toward short- and long-term goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills give me the expertise in speaking with diverse audiences, both interpersonal and in large groups. Throughout my career, my professionalism, and dedication to teamwork have resulted in enhancing my teaching skills and gaining increasing respect from individuals with whom I work.
