Hi my name is Carlos I am a 26 year old Hispanic male born and raised in Fresno, CA. I come from a big family of ten. I am the middle child of eight siblings. I just recently graduated from California State University, Fresno in Liberal Studies receiving by BA. In addition to that I have my Associates degree I received in Fresno City College. Since I was eighteen I have been working in after school programs in the K-6 level. I love working with kids they bring youth back into me in this busy grown up world. I feel honored to say I am a role model to many of my students especially to Hispanics who have no male role models at home, and also because I speak the language. My teaching style is pretty simple I respect you if you respect me. I want my students to see me as a teacher before a friend, and also I want my students to understand that I care for them. I am a bit strict when it comes to getting down to business because I want my students to learn and become potential leaders of tomorrow.
