I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky with degrees in Biology and Animal Sciences both specializing in Microbiology. My tutoring experiences began as a graduate student when I tutored General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry to students in the Pre-Med program. I taught Both College level Organic Chemistry laboratory classes totaling over 100 students. Teaching Assistant in Chemistry for My approach to teaching is to ensure my students have solid knowledge of concepts which I find helps them succeed in the subject of interest and in future studies as well. My first teaching position was as a music teacher (Piano) and would be happy to coach musical theory studies as well as I find Music enhances the scientific mind. students tutored have received grades of B or above.
