I was born and raised in a small island in the middle of the Caribbean called San Andres - Colombia (South America) where Spanish is the primary language second to English. I was fortunate to grow up speaking both languages fluently and I was also able to study them in dept through out my school years, having straight A's in both. I have traveled not only trough the different cities of Colombia(Colombia have been certified as the country with the most pure form of Spanish by the academy of language) but to many Spanish speaking countries, being able to experience the different cultures in the Spanish speaking world. I immigrated to the USA 14 years ago and Attended the University of Miami where I received a Computer engineering degree. While Taking advance Spanish literature as an elective course of study, my teacher offered me a Spanish tutoring position in the Spanish lab on campus, and that is how my tutoring career started and have continued as a part time hobbie ever since. Although my degrees are in the computer engineering field (I am also a tutor in general computers) I have a life time of experience with the Spanish language and 14 years of tutoring practice which gives me the advantage of teaching not only the Spanish language but of preparing my students for the change of culture they will experience when traveling to a Spanish speaking country. I am a firm believer that there is no perfect age to learn or sharpen a new language and that is why I invite you today to take advantage of this tutoring service. My hours are very flexible so scheduling will not be a problem. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. I will be more than happy to answer your questions. God bless you!
