  I am currently getting my degree in elementary education. I have worked with students from K-6th mostly focusing on K-12. Through my classwork and working in the classroom as a teacher's assistant I have become familiar with the methods to help children learn to the best of their ability. I recognize that students learn differently and are very happy to assist with any helping any learning style. I have had much success with the students I have worked with and I would like to continue that success with your child.

  I began to play the flute at an early age because I had an older sister who was able to start band before I was. In school I participated in symphonic band in which you had to audition. I maintained my spot as 3rd chair throughout all my years in band. I have also had experience playing in the marching band and concert band. Through my ability to read music I have also learned to play percussion and french horn.

• volleyball

  In school I was voted Most Valuable Player in which volleyball was one of my best sports.I have played volleyball for several years now. I was team captain on my volleyball team and have continued to improve my skills over the years. I have played volleyball for over 10 years. I am also still an active participate in volleyball as I currently play on my work volleyball team.
