About Hector:

I was born in San Juan P.R. and had the opportunity to travel to the U.S. This opportunity allowed me to learn English at an accelerated level. I returned to P.R. and dropped out the University of Puerto Rico to join the military. My fluency in both languages is above normal. I've mastered both languages because I love language.
