Learn More About Emma's Experience:

elementary (k-6th) I feel that I am extremely qualified to tutor elementary students. I love working with younger students because they are so impressionable and at such an important stage in their educational careers. I have had a lot of experience tutoring children in grades k-6 and have always had a great time and yeilded amazing results. My experience includes: I spent a year tutoring a fifth grade boy in all subjects and a year tutoring a sixth grade girl in math. I also started a volunteer tutoring club at my high school. In this club, I spent one afternoon a week working with children from the local elementary school on homework, study skills, and test prep. During my first year of college, I spent a quarter volunteering twice weekly at a middle school made up solely of children from low-income, minority backgrounds.
