About Christine:

I graduated from Fellowship Baptist Academy with a 3.7 GPA and recently graduated from Huntington University with a 3.1 GPA. I now have a Bachelor's in English. I began tutoring in high school where my student had ADD. I was able to help him raise his grade a full letter grade. I looked over his completed homework and helped him see his mistakes. I also created assignments for him to do in between tutoring sessions. Once I entered college, I was not originally planning on becoming a tutor. However, once the Learning Center asked if I was available, I was willing to jump in again. I had forgotten how much I had enjoyed tutoring. My teaching style is very laid back. I must admit, the first few sessions may be a bit tense, but as my student and I become more comfortable working together, this tension wears off to become a friendly working relationship. I hope I will be able to provide any help that is requested of me.
