About Lauren:

I am beginning my third year teaching math in Atlanta, GA and have taught almost all high school math classes. I received my undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Florida and am currently working on my masters in math ed at Georgia State University. I have a very deep understanding of all subjects that are listed and can usually answer a question in two or three different ways so that any one can understand. I have also taught ESL in Ecuador and am fluent in Spanish so I can tutor Spanish or ESL. I love teaching and would love to have the opportunity to work with you.

I pioneered an ESL program along with one other teacher in the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador. We taught classes to students from 5 years old to adult and they ranged in difficulty from beginner to advanced conversational. I have a strong passion to help people learn another language and have the experience to truly help people learn what they want based on their particular needs. I am extremely patient and would love to work with anyone who has he desire to learn.
