About
Zahra: |
|
Hello. My name is Zahra. I'm currently a college student studying architecture.
I'm a musician who gives clarinet lessons.
I work great with kids but I'm definitely will to tutor older people, too.
I speak Arabic fluently. I have strong writing and grammar skills.
I've been known to improve people's reading skills, as I volunteered a lot.
My rates are competitive and I get a long with everybody. :) |

Zahra's Experience:
Arabic
|
I am Arabic. I speak primarily Arabic to my family so, of course, my Arabic is quite strong. My main dialect, however, is Iraqi. Arabic was my first language and I can speak, read, and write it fluently.

clarinet
|
I have been playing clarinet for almost 8 years now. I've been in many bands and orchestras as a clarinetist. My first music instructor was impressed in my playing abilities since I almost immediately became a good musician after picking up the instrument.
It's one of my passions and I would love to share my knowledge and teach somebody else to play my favorite instrument, the clarinet.

elementary (k-6th)
|
I tutor younger kids all the time.
Kids seem to love me and I seem to have a influence their learning.
I often tutor elementary students and parents frequently compliment me on improving their children's reading, writing, math, and science knowledge.

general computer
|
I have been around computers my entire life.
Even as a 2-year old child, I had access to computers and the internet.
I have older brothers to have careers in computers so, naturally, I picked up on a lot of things.
I'd like to consider myself pretty computer savvy.
|
theatre
|
I have been in many plays and musicals.
Even at a younger age, I have been told I have exceptional theatrical reading and acting skills.
I would love to share my theatre experience and knowledge.
