Learn More About Frederick's Experience:

football Playing football has always been a source of entertainment and learning for me. I started playing in middle school and have enjoyed the game ever since. Through my time playing football in high school I learned the value of team mates, competition as well as sportsmanship. I did well in high school earning league honors on defense. In college I played for a year but then decided to use my football talents to help other people enjoy the game as much as I do. To this end, I coached and played for a co-ed intramural team and lead that team to an intramural league championship two years in a row. I also coached and played for an inter-collegiate football team that competed against other colleges and universities in the local area. I am a Linebacker and Fullback by played position but I am knowledgeable about all offensive and defensive line positions as well as defensive back positions.
