About Carol:

I have a Bachelor's degree from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana, in Communication and Journalism. I am currently attending Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, to obtain my M.A. in Media Arts Communication. While in college I tutored part-time. The majority of these tutoring sessions involved students, however, not all were students. The majority of my tutoring involved writing and the writing process, however, there were also several other topics that were covered. My teaching style is co-dependent, meaning you help me and I help you. I need you to help me understand what you do not know so I can help you understand what you must know.

I grew up in a family full of musicians. I started playing the flue while in 5th grade. Since then I’ve played flute daily. Throughout high school I was involved in various bands playing and instructing flute and piccolo. I continued studying and playing flute throughout college as well.
