Hi my name is Marisa. All of my life math has been my favorite subject. In college I couldn't decide on a major so I decided to major in my favorite subject which is math. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics Education. Although I love math, I would rather tutor students instead of being a full time school teacher. My teaching style is fun and interesting. I know how to break concepts down and teach you how to understand math language than just knowing how to solve a problem. Once properly learned and trained, mathematics will be your best friend or at least you can pass your classes with flying colors. I have tutored neighborhood students every since I was in high school. Time to time I have adults seeking my tutoring with college math classes. I love to show people how to do math because everyone thinks it is so hard but in reality it's just solving problems. I would love to tutor anyone who loves math but need extra guidance to anyone who hates it and just would like to make a good grade.
