About
Mario: |
|
I, Mario, am searching for a career in Teaching, Management, Customer Service, or Fundamental Sports. Presently, I am available weekly after 530pm and available anytime on weekends.
Hotel/Hospitality/Restaurant/Customer Service
I have broad experience interacting with customers my entire employment life. Not only do I have background in job positions stemming from waiting tables, bartending, music/movie retail, nightclub/radio disc jockey experience, I have gained business growth opportunities in Hotel and Restaurant Management as well. I began as a Front Desk Agent, excelled to Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Night Manager, Food and Beverage Supervisor, PM/General Manager, and Dome Lounge Manager. As a result, I have acquired detailed experience in managing and handling diverse pressures that co-exist with different job disciplines that involve internal and external customer service.
My recent experience with a hotel management team made it necessary for me to provide total quality management and customer service satisfaction. This training experience enabled me to work with different types of cultures and offer service to important business people from all over the world including celebrities from the music and entertainment industry. I am well experienced in handling stressful situations and able to remain cool under pressure. I believe that my communication skills, along with my broad knowledge on customer service interaction, would make me a valuable asset to any organization that deals directly with customer service.
Sports
As a love for sports, I also enjoyed playing tennis and basketball in competition and recreation as a teenager. As hobbies, I play tennis, basketball, golf, softball, and long-distance walking as often as I can. I believe I will be able to provide students fundamental skills in any of the sports listed above.
Special Needs
Although I am not certified as a Special Education Instructor, I do live the experience of raising a child with Down Syndrome. I have a very healthy, safe, and smart happy 9yr old son with this special need whom I have been Home-Schooling for the past nine years. I believe I can provide substantial insight to parents who could use a little support in various areas if needed.
Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,

tennis
|
As a young teenager, I enjoyed playing tennis for recreation. I grew up playing tennis and competing in the local country club and was able to play competition for my local high school back in the day. For various reasons, I never pursued a career in tennis. However, I still play tennis as a hobby as often as I can to keep the enjoyment of the sport alive in me. Given the opportunity, I will be able to instruct fundamental tennis skills to an eager learning student...
