About Onofre:

I graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a B.S. in Media Arts and a Minor in Music. With my minor in music, I took first-year theory and a term of advanced theory and music history. I also took private piano lessons which lead to participating in a few ensembles including jazz. My tutoring experience includes working with middle-schoolers in subjects such as Math with a focus in prealgebra and in English, focusing mostly on reading. I have also taught African Hand Drumming lessons to youth as well. My teaching style is simple: I clearly explain to a student about the work involved and to help them progressively move forward until they can do it on their own or until they reach the next level.
