You will be made to feel good about each little step made in your learning process. I am a under-graduate of The College of Saint Rose where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in the area of Psychology. After graduation I focused on working with special needs students at Wildwood School. I have been tutoring reading, writing, reading comprehension and grammar for five+ years. In the Capital District Schools I have done substitute teaching in a variety of subjects- Kindergarten through eighth grade. At this time, I am home tutoring. I have tutored children from K-5th grade in the above areas. I have witnessed their progress and how far they've come. One of my students whom I've been tutoring since Kindergarten, is now going into the 5th grade and is doing remarkably well. She has been home schooled for most of her school years. I have been her reading comprehension, writing and grammar tutor. I just started helping her in the area of Math, also. I have taught a 3rd grade student one-on-one when she could no longer be in a school setting. We would meet at the library each day and do her work sent by the school. She was a joy to work with! All my students were fun to teach and it seemed they enjoyed their studies with me also. I wish you much luck in your studies with whomever you choose for your tutor.

It's a learning process just like any other learning. But, once you get the hang of it you will really notice how much easier test taking can. And how your test results will improve. You will begin to feel more confident when it comes time to study for a test. I will help you understand what you need to do to help yourself learn.

I've been playing a number of years and have been a member of USTA- plus a Captain of a USTA tennis team. I will teach you how to score and the rules of tennis.
