I possess over 25 years experience working with, and on various computer environments. I have been responsible for installation, configuration and usage of Windows 3.x, 9x, and XP since the introduction of the respective operating systems.
I am experienced in support of myriad programs and peripherals in Windows environments. These include, but limited to, printers, modems, personal (home) networks, corporate infrastructures, server and workstation deployments and all supporting software and applications.
I am MCSA certified in Server 2003 and Windows XP, have provided corporate training in internet/intranet usage, Office Automation aplpication (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) as well as productivity and scheduling application suites (Outlook, Lotus Notes, et al)
Finally I am well versed and experienced in hardware troubleshooting and installation, video cards, memory, processor, system customization, configuration and optimization.
