Hello, My name is Brittany. I am a Political Science Major with a minor in Human Development at Howard University. I hope to go into education policy as my career path of choice. After college I plan to teach in the District of Columbia as a reading, history, or English teacher for middle school students. I have about 3 years of formal tutoring and education experience. I have worked with every age from kindergarten to high school. I am most comfortable with middle school aged children and I pride myself with serving as a mentor as well as a tutor for the children who I interact with. Outside of my formal tutoring experience I am the eldest child of five and I feel that that role has enabled me to develop a relationship with children of all ages and perspectives. My tutoring method includes worksheets to create a tangible way to gage your child's progress. As well as a project that allows your children to exercise skills that they may be weak in. I look forward to aiding in your child's growth.
