drums I've gone through concert band, drumline and jazz band in high school and college for percussion. I'm fluent in rudiments and drumset styles and have done various professional gigs around the DFW metroplex area. I can perform everything from pop/hip-hop/rock to classical/jazz. I can read treble clef and bass clef. elementary (k-6th) I understand that it takes some work to find new ways to help kids understand some of the material that is being taught now. Also, kids need some help getting motivated. I will offer these tools and more to kids who need a little bit of extra help in math, english, history, science, etc. general music I've been playing and performing music for 7 years. I started out on bassoon and switched to percussion in high school. I've been involved in professional gigs and I'm fluent in various drumset styles. Not only can I perform, I know music theory and how to read treble clef and bass clef. music theory Maintaining the highest grade in my music theory class, it is a passion of mine to figure out what is going on inside the music and try to figure out what the composer was thinking. I've been reading and learning music for about 7 years. I will never stop learning music and finding answers for all of my questions as well as the questions of my students. skating I work at a roller skating rink and have been employed there for 2 years now. I skate on and off the job and most of the employees, including myself, attend a jam skating competition during the summer. I also played ice hockey for 11 years and can teach either roller or ice skating.
