Hello, my name is Rosie.
I am a 69 year old retiree. I retired from Bellsouth
In 2004 as a certified ADSL MMT telecommunication technician
I began tutoring basic electricity and electronic in 1999 while employed by Bellsouth now AT&T, when I was approached by upper management to tutor a potential employee for a qualifying employment prep test which I had successfully passed to obtain employment with Bellsouth in a technical position.
The test consist of, basic electricity, basic electronic, digital electronic and computer fundamental. I was successful in preparing the student for the employment qualifying test in which they passed.
I began offering a tutoring service for a fee paid by each individual.
Because of the successfully passing rate of the people I tutored, many refers came my way to tutoring for the test;
Numerous were successful in passing the test and obtain employment with AT&T.
I began tutoring one-one and small groups for a fee paid by each individual.
I was later selected by Bellsouth to participate in the modification of the new MMT Qualification test and award a certificate.
I am a very friendly and motivational person. I am very dedicated to others needs, and am motivated by helping others succeed. My main goal is to really help a student understand a subject, and will take all the time it takes to help you succeed.
My teaching style revolves around the student. If a student desires a full and comprehensive review, I will spend the time going over all the details with the student. I really enjoy helping others to achieve their goals. I am very easy to talk to; therefore, I am good at changing my tutoring style and tone according to what a student need.
I have 40 years of experience in the technical industry both in Government and commercial. . I began my career as an electronic worker in the early 60s at several Chicago Companies, Zenith, bell and Howell, and General electric.
I obtained employment as an electronic/ avionics Technician and aircraft electrician for the Navy and Air Force branch of the Department Of Defense as a civilian employee.
I was employed as electronic technician and aircraft electrician for Aerospace and United Airline.
I received much of my skills and knowledge about electricity /electronic technology on-the job training and continuing education at various colleges:
Kentfield College, Ca, American River College, Sacramento City College, in Sacramento, CA the navy and Air Force.

Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner
My interest is entertaining and cooking for my family, writing and painting. I have successfully published my first book.
