About

|
I'm Matt, a 23 year old University of Michigan graduate with a degree in Mathematics, and a minor in Statistics. I've been tutoring middle school, high school, and college level students for over 5 years, and have had great success!
As a recent grad, I still have a great feel for the teacher-student relationship, and can easily identify with students of all ages.
My first tutoring experience was when I was a senior in high school, tutoring 8th graders, freshmen, and sophomores in math and science classes. Since then I've had the chance to tutor at all levels of mathematics, from pre-algebra to advanced calculus.
My approach is very interactive, giving students all opportunities to make the necessary discoveries on their own, while providing a guiding hand, and advice for any troubles along the way. I've become quite adept at creating real world examples to relate abstract materials, which have been well received by students at all levels.
I look forward to working with you! Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me! |
