About Michael:

My name is Michael and I have a passion for learning. During high school I took five advanced placement classes and got college credit for four of them. My passions include literature, reading, history, politics, journalism, and philosophy. I have experience as a tutor. I tutored students in palmdale at Highland High school. I was part of the AVID program, which is a program designed to help disadvantaged youth get into college and receive higher grades in high school. I tutored students by asking them questions and giving them hints. The whole philosophy of AVID is to lead the students to the answer instead of telling them the answer. I am willing to work with any student and help them achieve all they can be.
