elementary (k-6th) I have completed a certified tutoring/paraprofessional training with Stockton Unified School District in 1989 and started to tutor or teach students in all academic subjects in elementary schools. In 1994, I graduated from two colleges and earned my degrees in education. From there on, in addition to working schools, my tutoring has taken place mostly in schools, communities, health department, and homes. I tutored students who have limited English language proficiency and who need assistance in primary language instruction as well. Students from kindergarten to 6th grades can benefit from my help greatly while I am a tutor and teacher. My college Bachelor degree enabled me to teach even further subjects like structured curricula in any settings and environment. ESL/ESOL I have taught ESL courses at schools, workplace, and workshop since 1989. My certifications from World Vision Foundation, American Red Cross, and IOM have enabled me to help many adults’ immigrants in addition to the degree I received from college. I can teach courses online or by video teaching and learning per student’s request as well. However, face-to-face teaching is superb and student can learn more after we know each other. Either I will be the best listener and tutor ever to any student who needs help in any academic areas elementary school children or adults who need to improve their skills in listening, reading, writing, conversation, interpretation and translation. general computer Macintosh and PC computers using are everywhere now. Computers have been my strong interest since Macintosh Plus (the oldest one) came out in 1984. I love to upgrade hardware and software for both computing platforms alike. I have helped my students and teachers obtain basic computer hardware and software knowledge, especially in education and business world since 1987. Here, I can tutor any students, a child or an adult at his/her home with anything about the computer, including hardware and software upgrade, applications, internet browsing, employment searching, MS FrontPage web designing, etc. TOEFL Presently I help prepare many immigration documents locally and worldwide from oversea students, like F1-Visa. Many students who want to study in abroad have to pass TOEFL before they are granted or admitted into the country of their choice for study. For, TOEFL has been my second most interest and I have been tutoring via online. I can help those who are already in America to pass the tests. I am devoted to provide assistance in document preparation and tutoring TOEFL as needed.
