study skills In the past I have directed a Learning Center. The Learning Center consisted of two academic sessions. Each academic session lasted 45 minutes with 15 minute breaks. The Learning Center focused on each students academic need as well as their personal goals and interest. I also have worked as a Instructional Aide. During my employment as a Instructional Aide my job duties include correcting test, assisting with spelling and vocabulary,grading journals, poetry and reading. In the past I have also assisted students with research assignments and projects and although the internet is a good source to find information-I encourage students to find sources other ways such as, books, dictionary, encyclopedia, magazines, newspapers,thesaurus etc.
