I have been a certified high school English teacher for five years and am currently the Department Chair at a reputable local high school in Portland. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from University of Oregon (2000), and a Master of Education from Portland State (2003). I have taught 9th-12th grades, and specialize in Shakespeare, film studies, vocabulary building (SAT Prep), and composition (writing essays).
