About Theodore:

I am currently a Junior at the University of Iowa who has studied everything from Math to Science, to Art and Computer Science. I am now focusing my energy towards studying business and economy. I would consider myself to be very well rounded and exemplary in all subjects. Beyond the classroom I am also a very physically active person. I have studied weightlifting vigorously for the past 6 years. I have a great background in Swimming, Track and field, and Baseball. Back to the classroom, I find myself naturally drawn to tutoring as many of my classmates and friends rely on my understanding of certain subjects to teach them in order to further their understanding outside of the classroom. I rely on teaching in an informal style where I strive to relate a certain topic or subject to my students so it is easier for them to put concepts into perspective and understand things in their own words. I find it also important to make schoolwork both entertaining and interesting for students in order to make studying and learning less of a chore to students.
