basketball I am avid basketball player. I have played the sport for over 15 years. I started as a middle school player and continued to play the sport throughout my four years of college. As a college player, I was voted the best defensive player by teammates and most inspirational all four years. My speciality is defense. I averaged 3 steals a game and was awarded honorable mention for defense in the NEASC. I continue to play the sport in women's leagues across Boston. I have coached middle school basketball and taught basketball fundamentals to middle school boys and girls.
