I love helping others understand where they are having trouble. I worked at American River College as an in classroom tutor for pre-algebra under the direct supervision of my mentor Gordon Richardson, who taught a love for math. The only reason I left was because I graduated. I love math. I have an AS degree in Math and love tutoring. I tutored students with disabilities and can adapt to nearly any student and learning type. I helped one high school junior from and F to a B- in 3 weeks. He was able to make up chapter test and passed his class. He is now a Math Major at UCSC. I found the way he learned and explained it in real words not theories. I enjoy working with all age groups.
