More On Jason's Subjects:

  • guitar

I have been playing guitar since I was 11, after seeing Michael J. Fox play "Johnny B. Goode" in Back to The Future. I got really into jazz in high school, and then went to the Oberlin Conservatory in Ohio to study jazz guitar. It was at Oberlin that I began to give guitar lessons, mostly to people in their teens and early twenties, but also to children. I now teach and play professionally in New York. I have had many guitar teachers, and most of them were awesome. I think that a musical education is crucial to thrive. I love music and I love to share my fascination with others.
