About Teresa:

Hello, My name is Teresa. I reside in Stockton, CA. I am , however willing to travel 50-60 miles each way to provide tutoring services. I possess more than 20 years experience as a Teacher, Tutor and Music Teacher. I have taught and do teach students of all ages, abilities and multi-cultural backgrounds. I provide assessments to learn how each students learns best (visual, hands-on, auditory-or any of the aforementioned combination's. I make learning a fun, positive and reinforcing experience. I am extremely creative in ways of teaching, as each student masters difficult academic material in various ways. My teaching philosophy is that each and every student has the ability to master anything which is currently difficult with proper learning materials, motivation and a compatible tutor or coach. If there is a will, there can be A's and infinite gained knowledge. My teaching methods include applying gained knowledge to appropriate situations. I possess a strong passion for teaching as well as my continual desire to learn. We can never know too much. In addition, I prepare students to pass the California High School Exit Exams, the GED and CBEST. All of my students have successfully passed these examinations their first try following my assistance in preparation. I am looking forward to the possibility of working with you and/or your student in need. I possess excellent references which are easily obtainable.
