I have taught other financial analysts and project managers about business and profit. I have over 30 years of Fortune 500 Company experience along with a newly received MBA from the University of Phoenix. I have recently retired from IBM and would like to pursue passion of training and education. My teaching style is patient but thorough. I have 3 children who have benefited from my tutoring. As an African-American professional, I have discovered that many minority students tend to resist the authority and the training from other teachers and/or tutors that may not reflect their culture or values. I feel that I can incorporate my teaching style with a shared background that my help to break down some of the pre-existing barriers. So, that the tutoring can begin more quickly.
