About Karen:

Hello! Working with students and math has always been a passion of mine and I found no better way to do that than to become a teacher. Since I started college in 2000 I have been tutoring and working with students non-stop and I truly enjoy it. I am currently an Algebra/Geometry teacher at Valencia High School and I am also pursuing my teaching credential in Mathematics. I am a firm believer that doing math can be a fun experience and I try my hardest to bring that thought process to life with my students. Its important to me to not just talk at my students but instead interact and relate with them. Overall, I'm here to help and have some fun along the way.
