My Teaching Philosophy:
As I reflect on this topic, I am captivated with the idea of sharing knowledge. I am humbled by the idea of becoming a teacher as well as honored to realize that my experiences and persistent pursuit of acquiring knowledge will be one of the key ingredients to become a successful facilitator. In my humbled opinion, teaching and learning are intertwine with each other and lacking one will be detrimental to the learning process for anyone.
I have a vision to make a difference in the world and that vision will hopefully be fulfilled by teaching other people what I know based on my experiences while continuing to learn new philosophy, ideas, values, beliefs, and methodology. I embrace the idea of teaching others to inspire and empower them to be the best on what they do-whatever it maybe. I see teaching as a vehicle for students to enhance and transform themselves. I see teachers have the power to inspire and promote change in opinions, beliefs, and sometimes moral values. So my philosophy in teaching is to create an environment where everyone is welcome to express their opinions and share their knowledge and experiences to others with respect and integrity. The platform for teaching is important for others while it is not for some. Having experience taking courses both on-ground and online is an added value. These students who choose to finish their degree online are dedicated individuals with varying reasons for going back to school. And promoting as well as creating an environment online where positive and constructive flow of information is the focus, students will hopefully learn new ideas and/or information that they can apply to their daily lives whether it is for business or personal. To me teachers should be dedicated and well-organize as well as committed to providing a stimulating conversation that promotes an empowering discussion. Additionally, a teacher is someone who can inspire anyone to see a different perspective on any discussions and igniting action by providing other people within the class a lens to visualize other outcomes or possibilities.
Finally, my teaching philosophy is to learn as much as to teach. I want to create an environment for my students where they are inspired to teach their children as well as their families, friends, and co-workers on new beliefs, moral values, culture, and ways that they learn from our class discussion. I believe that the process of learning and teaching is working to promote individuality while sustaining intellectual growth. I am fortunate to be seeing how technology is evolving from learning on-ground to online and how to use software such as power point, word, excel, etc. is very helpful in presenting students with relevant data. I learn to see the world through different lenses and to think critically before executing any plans and hope to share that philosophy to my future students.

I currently am attending at Argosy University for its Doctoral degree in Business Administration concentrating International Business. In addition to that, I have an MBA that also gears towards International Business. My expertise are but not limited to Business, Management, Strategic Implementation, Research, Corporate Social Responsibility subjects, Leadership, Interpersonal Communications and many more. I also have experience as a manager for a call center environment. Furthermore, I have excellent sales and customer service skills that can be related to how business should be handled as well as how compete in today's business world.

I have fifteen years of experience in computers. This stems from the usage of software, and troubleshooting hardware issues. I have experience troubleshooting in both Windows and Mac. I use multiple software in both PC and Mac and can navigate through them with ease. I know how to use both PC and Mac's software such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Frontpage, Entourage, Outlook, & Access. I know how to install & uninstall software.

Throughout both my academic career as well as professionally, I have to use powerpoint for presentation. I am knowledgeable on how to create new file for powerpoint, insert data sets from excel, a picture, a graph, as well as animation. I can also create sound and new backgrounds as well as any transitional pages. I can change colors, fonts, pace of the slides and add objects to each slide. Powerpoint is a very powerful tool for any presentations and knowing how to utilize it to ones advantage is necessary to be successful in ones career whether it is use for academia or professionally.

Studying is a skill that must be taught. In today's fast pace world, one must learn certain techniques to study whether its for school, at work, or getting a license in real estate, life insurance, etc. Throughout my career both academia and professionally a study skills is a must to be successful since I have many obligations not just one thing but multiple things at the same time. Knowing a study skills that hopefully be converted to study habits in time will help one to manage time better on other responsibilities.
