About Esther:

I have been interested in helping others since high school when I served as a peer mentor. Since then I earned a B.A. in English with a focus in American Literature.

From Pennsylvania I moved to the Chicago, IL area. I now tutor ESL at all levels. I've taught students who speak Spanish and Arabic. I also tutor children and teens for reading skills and high school English. My students range in age from 8 years old to 50 years old. I enjoy learning about new cultures while I teach.

My teaching approach is to tailor my lessons to what you need to learn. I am very flexible and intuitive, so I can adapt to your learning style.
