I am 19 years old. I'm currently in community college. My major is Respiratory Care, hoping to work with babies. I am very understanding and sensitive, or at the very least I would compromise for a better result. I am kind when it comes to not understanding school work; however, I would not let my student stray away just because they don't understand the material. I also would not do the work for them. I think this is what students find me most annoying: I don't tell them what the answers are, even though I know them. Instead, I would just show them the way and let them walk through the door. In addition to being a tutor, I always keep my mind open to make friends to students, lifelong friends if at all possible.

• anatomy

  I am currently an Allied Health college student, majoring in Respiratory Care. I've taken the Anatomy and Physiology class and received an A. I also have my reference cards, a collection of over a thousand study cards for anatomy structures. I am patient and I possess different pnemonics for memorizing anatomical parts. I will also work with you to devise a plan to study effectively because I know the human anatomy is very complicated and I'm willing to help you with every single steps.

• ESL/ESOL

  As a former ESL student, I can understand the struggle, hardship, necessity and pressure to listen, speak and write English properly. I am bilingual; I speak English and Vietnamese. However, I will only use English to communicate and help you learn English. I am currently in college and have passed all of my English requirement. I am patient, kind and I promise I will be there for you if you need anything, from grammar, vocabulary to essay composition. My only advice to English learners is "Read, read, and read".

• table tennis

  I come from a family of ping pong, or table tennis player. Everyone, from my grandfather to my little cousins have all at least taken lessons in table tennis of some sorts. I, however, have not had such opportunities or the money to learn from a professional school. To make up for that, every weekend there is a tournament in my family. The first prize winner gets fifty dollars and bragging rights for that week. I emerged victoriously a total of 10 times. My strength in playing table tennis is my forehand spin serve. My forehand and backhand are very decent. I am very patient and would love to transfer my knowledge and love of the game to others. I also would love to teach those to play doubles in ping pong, which is harder but funner and more competitive.
