About Amy:

I enjoy working with people of all ages. I have both tutoring and classroom teaching experience in Spanish at the college level. I have gained familiarity working with children and youth as a counselor. I have work experience with adult education through organizing and facilitating trainings on a diverse array of topics. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable and supported, and that students thrive when given the opportunity to gain ownership over their learning. All students have their own unique learning style and it is my job as a tutor to tailor the methods and activities to each student’s needs.
