In the comfort of your home
Dave has over 20 years of teaching experience and has been actively
playing, touring, recording and writing music for 30 years. He has a bachelor
of music degree from Berklee College of Music, Boston MA. His talents have
been recognized in many ways, including the receipt of a Boston Music
Award.
“I teach children and adults , 7 years old and up, at any level, and in all styles of
music including rock, folk, blues, reggae, classical, funk, afro beat, traditional
and free jazz, as well as advanced avant-garde concepts. All of my lessons are
geared toward the individual students’ needs in transcription, composition,
reading , improvisation, theory and performance. I like to create an
environment that is friendly and laid back while addressing the personal
goals of the student. I also teach special needs kids.”
