I studied Biology with a minor in mathematics at Purdue University. Currently I am adjunct instructor at Miami Dade Community College. I have experience teaching and tutoring students from basic Arithmetic to Calculus. Likewise, I have experience in tutoring students with disabilities. My teaching philosophy is that with a positive attitude and willingness to learn math can be easy and fun. The success rate of my tutoring is positive and many students have improved their grades by a letter grade or more. I worked in a wet laboratory for six years doing medical research. This experience has expanded my biological background. I taught many graduate students the basic skills in a wet laboratory.
